Bio

Thalia Pellegrini is a registered nutritional therapist (DipION mBANT CNHC). She qualified in 2009 following ten years as a TV presenter for the BBC. A 40-something mum of two, she’s known as the Knackered Mum’s Nutritionist. She works 1:1 with women to address health issues ranging from PCOS and PMS, perimenopause and menopause, weight loss and low energy.
