It’s not by chance that this challenge straddles the weekend or indeed that it was scheduled over half term!
As we now know, it is important to try and maintain a normal sleep routine, even over the weekend. And as it’s half term, normal routines that can be difficult to work around; homeschooling, weekend activities etc are briefly paused, so allowing you to focus on YOU!
In today’s session, we focused on hormone dysregulation and how this has an impact on sleep. Find out how the hormones Ghrelin and Leptin are at play and indeed how an imbalance of these hormones can affect the balance of other hormones and systems in your body.
