I loved the video, very doable moves and well -explained. I loved Jo, she is so focused and yet pleasant to follow. She really engaged me!
I also loved the setting, the kitchen. Sometimes i get excuses not to work out because I don’t have the right space... seeing the kitchen in the video knocked down one of my favourite excuses!
