- 50g Roquefort (or any blue) cheese, crumbled

- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt & pepper to taste
Toast the walnuts in a dry pan over medium heat until fragrant, about 2-3 mins or in an air fryer for 5 max
