This session kicks off with me discussing my tomato soup recipe that is currently on Instagram (you will be receiving the recipe tomorrow). I didn’t edit it out, as it was a discussion that I think many of you will find useful so apologies…you’ll be joining into my general chit chat before I “officially” start!

As well as the topics below, we also discussed how to eat before exercising when you’re intermittent fasting. Some very helpful comments there.
