During this workshop I will explain the concept, the benefits and above all how to get started and stay healthy. As always, my advice is simple, easy to understand and even easier to implement!
I will also demonstrate 3-4 dishes to help you understand what type of meals to include to stay on track, which we will enjoy together afterwards.
I’m a huge fan of intermittent fasting; it is a general way of eating for me. I use it as a way of ensuring my weight stays balanced and also use this method if I need to lose a few pounds. It works and I feel great for it! I would love to show you how it can work for you too.
