I have put together a delicious festive cooking menu which I will demonstrate and we will enjoy together afterwards:
Courgette canapé rolls with creamy cheese, walnut and pumpkin seed
Miso glazed aubergine with coconut rice
Fennel, orange and pecan salad
Raw vegan cashew and cranberry slice
This experience is aimed at those who want to expand their festive cooking recipe base, improve their skills and become more confident to create delicious vegetarian/vegan choices that will work for the whole family. As a nutritionist, I will be discussing the nutritional benefits of the dishes we prepare and will be on hand to answer your questions and queries. The menu will be carefully chosen to combine health with practicality so that you can easily replicate these dishes at home for your and your family.
Venue: My home in Claygate, Esher. Only 20 minutes from Wimbledon, just off the A3, there is plenty of free parking at the house.
