This workshop will focus on the crucial role a healthy gut microbiome plays in overall health; from IBS to weight loss and much more. Knowing what you should be doing to ensure a healthy gut can be confusing. We’ll focus on the foods that are crucial to include in your diet with delicious fresh meal ideas to ensure plenty of probiotics and probiotics.
I will demonstrate 3-4 gut-friendly dishes to help you understand what type of meals will help improve your gut health, which we will enjoy together afterwards.
- Venue: My home in Claygate, Esher. Only 20 minutes from Wimbledon, just off the A3, there is plenty of free parking at the house.
