Making sure your gut microbiome is healthy and active is key and this entails ensuring a healthy balance of good bacteria vs bad bacteria.

This workshop will focus on the crucial role a healthy gut microbiome plays in overall health. I will demonstrate 3-4 gut-friendly dishes to help you understand what type of meals will help improve your gut health, which we will enjoy together afterwards.

Description

This workshop will focus on the crucial role a healthy gut microbiome plays in overall health; from IBS to weight loss and much more. Knowing what you should be doing to ensure a healthy gut can be confusing. We’ll focus on the foods that are crucial to include in your diet with delicious fresh meal ideas to ensure plenty of probiotics and probiotics.

I will demonstrate 3-4 gut-friendly dishes to help you understand what type of meals will help improve your gut health, which we will enjoy together afterwards.

  • Venue: My home in Claygate, Esher. Only 20 minutes from Wimbledon, just off the A3, there is plenty of free parking at the house.
