I’m passionate about making healthy eating and lifestyle easy and accessible and I’m happy to collaborate with companies and brands to provide support as an influencer or ambassador worked with products that I am genuinely able to present. As a media nutritionist, I have worked with a number of brands and publications of varying sizes to help increase their exposure.
I love talking about nutrition and can bring a fresh approach and real solutions for an easy, achievable, realistic approach, not only to food but a healthy lifestyle in general. My talks are relaxed and without formality yet engaging and captivating. I focus on motivating and inspiring my audience to make positive, sustainable changes to their health, delivering potentially complicated concepts in an easy to understand way. With knowledge and deeper understanding, making change is much easier.
I have been running my Yoga Health Retreats in the Loire Valley, France since 2014 at Chateau de la Vigne; a property that I own and have run as holiday properties since 2001. I can help you arrange your own retreat (any type) or corporate gathering away from the office. The property is set up to offer full luxury catered accommodation with as much nutrition, yoga, wine tasting, vineyard visits as you choose.
When it comes to healthy eating, I believe in quick and easy nutritionally balanced meals. As a wife and mother of 3 grown up children, I understand the practicalities and challenges of daily life and put delicious healthy meals at the heart of a thriving lifestyle. I believe in eating real food and cooking from scratch to create simple meals that are nutritious, colourful and flavoursome.
I love presenting cooking demos and introducing simple cooking concepts and techniques to inspire healthy meals to suit any lifestyle. I am passionate about empowering confidence in the kitchen to ensure vitality and energy and lifelong health.
