Yoga with Giovina: 6 week Summer Programme

WEEK 5: This session is for The New Healthy members only
Learn the fundamental foundational yoga poses so you have the confidence knowing you’ll be expertly guided. If you’re a seasoned yogi, this is a perfect opportunity to perfect your practice.
This course is made up of six weekly classes that cover the essential elements of a beginner yoga practice:
WEEK 1 : Sun Salutations A + seated forward folds
WEEK 2 :Sun Salutations B + Warrior poses (1,2 and 3)
WEEK 3: Sun Salutations C + Backbends
WEEK 4: Twists + Balances
WEEK 5: Arm balances
WEEK 6: Inversions + restore
