Rhiannon has run The Epsom Bakehouse since 2013 and teaches people to bake great bread at home.

All her classes are online and include ciabatta, baguettes, brioche, hot cross buns, chocolate babka and a new sourdough bread class. She also runs The Bakehouse club; a monthly membership with a new bread taught each month, plus expert tips and support for home bread bakers. As well as online classes, Rhiannon hosts corporate workshops and private classes, all online. She also teaches people to set up their own bread bakery from home.

The New Healthy is a membership community led by nutritionist May Simpkin.

The New Healthy is based around the 5 pillars of health that I believe contribute to overall wellness; NOURISH, LEARN, MOVE, RESTORE, CONNECT.

It is important that we nourish our body, factor in exercise and movement, delve deeper into how our bodies work, focus on managing stress and also open up our world and connect with others in different fields. This is exactly what The New Healthy aims to achieve, through:

  • Weekly “lunch & learn” drop-in sessions
  • Cooking demos
  • Regular challenges e.g. 5 days to Better Sleep or 10-day Intermittent Fasting Weight Loss
  • Weekly meal inspiration emails
  • Exercise classes; yoga, pilates, circuits etc
  • Expert-led masterclasses ranging from meditation sessions to colour & style workshops

 

This varied programme of events is delivered online by zoom or directly to the inbox; there is no social media. All sessions are recorded and uploaded to the member’s platform for those who cannot make the live sessions.

I personally lead every event, either delivering the sessions or alongside experts I have invited. Each session is an opportunity to ask questions and learn more. It is also an opportunity to become part of a friendly community that has a positive focus; inspiring and motivating you to eat well and stay healthy. Effectively, members have access to a personal online nutritionist!”

The monthly subscription for individual membership to The New Healthy is £19.99 per person and this includes access to all events.
