I’m so excited you’re joining my healthy meal planning challenge and I’m delighted to have the opportunity to share my years of experience with you so that you can enjoy healthy meals, easily, day after day!
I will share with you the exact approach I have used over the years, starting from the days when I had a busy family life to the way I have adapted, now that I have an empty nest!
My approach is different; it comes from years of experience alongside my professional knowledge.
I focus on smart healthy meal planning strategies; from deciding what to make and then shopping for ingredients, so that when we head into the kitchen together for a live cookalong, you have a clear understanding of how the meals we will make will give you an invaluable head start for the week ahead.
This healthy meal planning challenge is made up of 2 parts:
You’ll have access to my Healthy Meal Planning ebook, which includes 2 videos where:
- I present the basic principles you can use to plan your meals in advance, so you don’t have to start from scratch each day.
- I share my tips to make sure your larder is well stocked and how you can use these ingredients to make every day cooking easy and simple.
- I help you plan for the week ahead, taking into account the numbers you’re cooking for and dietary preferences.
- I share the approach I use when shopping; how to buy fresh ingredients and avoid waste whilst also maximising their use; saving you time and money.
I will share a full meal plan, with ingredients and recipes.
But that’s not it…we will actually get into the kitchen and cook the meals together, so you’ve got 3-4 meals ready for the week ahead!
The live cookalong will be held by Zoom; I have a lot of experience with this and assure you that we won’t lose anyone! All you need to do is show up with the ingredients that I share with you a week before the live event and I will expertly guide you throughout the session.
With years of experience behind me, I’ll show you how to make the best use of your time in the kitchen and will share my top tips, so you can prepare a variety of meals ready to pop into the oven or finish off when you’re ready to eat.
