6 Week Health Improvement Programme

Join me for this 6 week programme to get back on track after the summer season.

We will work together for the next 6 weeks during the following group sessions, via zoom:

  • Tuesday 15th September 8:00pm
  • Tuesday 28th September 8:00pm
  • Tuesday 12th October 8:00pm

This programme is only available to members of The New Healthy; there’s a simple reason for this.  The regular resources and content I offer to my membership community will support the live sessions, so that your habits evolve gradually over the next few weeks. In this way, you’ll find it becomes a way of life and therefore more easy to sustain.

This 4R programme will be an opportunity to:

  • Regroup as a community
  • Refresh yourselves with the fundamentals of healthy eating and lifestyle
  • Review your health habits
  • Restore your health and wellbeing

 

Recordings will be made available if you are unable to join live but that “live” energy, that motivates and inspires, is harder to replicate on your own!
